Initial Appt (45min) – $165

Standard    (30min) – $125

Short Appt  (15min) – $70

Long Appt   (45min) – $145

Extended    (60min) – $195

Dept Veterans Affairs – no patient billing – please email DVA referral prior to your Initial appointment.

Payments

Please note payments are due at the time of service.

Village Health supports the Cash is King initiative of Everton Park, Mitchelton and surrounds. As such we kindly request payments in Cash where possible. Payments via card incur 1.9% surcharge. Receipts are provided for personal claims with health funds.

Rescheduling / Non-attendance / Arriving Late

Village Health requests all rescheduling of appointments to be done 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.

If rescheduling or cancellation occurs within 24hrs and the appointment is unable to be filled from our wait-list, 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged.

If non-attendance occurs without prior notification, 100% of the scheduled fee will be charged.

If you arrive late to your appointment, you will receive treatment within the remaining scheduled appointment duration. Full fee for the scheduled appointment will be charged.
